Available Positions – Complete Breakdown

We are recruiting for the following positions to be based at our facilities in D.G. Khan, Chashma, or Islamabad, with the possibility of posting anywhere in Pakistan.

1	Assistant Manager (Farms)	FPP-8	35 years	MSc Agriculture (preferably in Agronomy) with 1st Division	Minimum 5 years in corporate Agriculture Farming
2	Sr. Assistant (Accounts)/ Assistant (Accounts)	FPP-6/ FPP-5	35 years	B.Com / BBA (Hons) majoring in Finance with 1st Division	3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred
3	Field Supervisor (Security)	FPP-4	35 years	Matric / Intermediate / Graduation (1st Div preferred)	5 years in security services as a field supervisor. Preference for retired Armed Forces personnel (Havaldar or equivalent); age relaxable.
4	Jr. Field Supervisor (Agriculture)	FPP-3	35 years	Matric (Science) with 1st Div + 3-year Diploma in Agriculture Sciences from Govt. Institute	1 year of experience in crop management

Terms & Conditions of Employment

Contract Period: Initial one-year contract, extendable based on performance and organizational requirements.
Place of Posting: Successful candidates may be posted in D.G. Khan, Chashma, Islamabad, or anywhere in Pakistan.
Benefits: The positions include Medical, Transport, and Housing Subsidy as per the Foundation’s rules.
Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests or interviews.
TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for attending the test/interview.
