📌 Available Positions & Locations

1️⃣ Team Leader / Relationship Manager – Recovery (RAMG)

• Location: Punjab

• Responsibilities:

  • Lead recovery operations within the assigned region.

  • Develop strategies for loan recovery and portfolio management.

  • Supervise recovery officers and ensure compliance with banking policies.

• Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Relevant experience in recovery and risk management will be preferred.

2️⃣ Officers Recovery – RAMG

• Location: Punjab

• Responsibilities:

  • Manage recovery tasks at the branch/regional level.

  • Ensure timely settlement of overdue accounts.

  • Maintain detailed reports on recovery performance.

• Eligibility:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Fresh graduates may apply; prior recovery/banking experience will be an advantage.

3️⃣ Head Shariah Non-Compliance Risk Management Unit – RMG

• Location: Head Office, Peshawar

• Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Shariah risk management division.

  • Ensure compliance with Islamic banking standards.

  • Conduct Shariah audits and submit compliance reports.

• Eligibility:

  • Master’s degree in Islamic Finance, Shariah, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of Islamic banking principles and regulatory framework.

4️⃣ Analyst Operational Risk – RMG

• Location: Head Office, Peshawar

• Responsibilities:

  • Identify, monitor, and evaluate operational risks.

  • Work closely with the risk management team to mitigate risks.

  • Prepare analytical reports for senior management.

• Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Risk Management, Finance, or Economics.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

5️⃣ Branch Services Officers

• Location: Pishin & Zhob

• Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service at the branch level.

  • Handle cash transactions, account opening, and general banking operations.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch.

• Eligibility:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
