🔍 Key Responsibilities

  1. Payroll Processing:

    • Oversee end-to-end payroll cycles

    • Ensure accurate calculation of:

      • Salaries

  2. Compliance & Auditing:

    • Conduct quarterly payroll audits

    • Ensure compliance with:

      • Federal Government laws

      • Income Tax Ordinance

      • EOBI regulations

      • Provincial labor laws

  3. Systems Management:

    • Maintain payroll software

    • Implement security protocols

    • Manage access controls

  4. Reporting:

    • Generate monthly reports for:

      • Auditor General of Pakistan
