🎯 Your Mission: Key Objectives of the Assignment
In this pivotal role, you will manage the complete spectrum of human resources, administrative functions, and facility management for the DEEP project. Your core mission is to ensure seamless office operations, optimal resource utilization, and a safe, productive work environment. Crucially, you will guarantee strict compliance with all relevant government policies, project rules, and World Bank fiduciary standards.
MOITT Jobs 2026: Scope of Work: What You Will Do
Human Resources Management:

Facilitate end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding for project staff.

Maintain meticulous HR records, contracts, and personnel files per World Bank and MOITT guidelines.

Manage performance appraisals and ensure fair implementation of HR policies.

Coordinate staff training, capacity building, and development initiatives.

Ensure full compliance with national labor laws and employment regulations.
Administration & Logistics:

Oversee day-to-day office administration, procurement of supplies, and asset maintenance.

Coordinate administrative support for meetings, workshops, and project events.

Maintain precise inventory, travel logs, and documentation for audit readiness.

Assist in budget planning and monitoring for HR and administrative activities.
Facility Management:

Coordinate with vendors for repairs, cleaning, IT support, and building maintenance.

Manage utility services, space planning, and physical resource optimization.

✅ Are You Qualified? Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory Requirements:

Education: A minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Business Administration, HR, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Experience: At least 3 years of proven post-qualification experience in HR, administration, or facility management. Experience in large-scale public or private sector projects is a distinct advantage.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and administrative best practices.

Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and facility management software. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Additional Desired Expertise:
