The National IT Board (NITB) is a key federal institution under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, driving Pakistan’s digital transformation and e-governance agenda. NITB is now spearheading the “Smart Islamabad Initiative,” a flagship project aimed at leveraging technology to enhance urban management, public services, and the quality of life of citizens in the federal capital.
