Position-wise Detailed Requirements

1. Program Specialist Irrigation

Parameter	Specification
Position	01
Qualification	Master’s/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering/Management
Experience	7+ years in irrigation and water management projects
Skills	Community-driven irrigation design, MIS systems, and local language proficiency
Preference	Experience in Balochistan or similar regions

2. Program Specialist Roads

Parameter	Specification
Position	01
Qualification	Master’s/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Transportation/Highway Engineering
Experience	7+ years in road infrastructure development
Skills	Bridges, highways, project management, and local context familiarity
Preference	Balochistan or a similar region experiences

3. M&E Specialist

Qualification	Master’s in Project Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences
Experience	7+ years in M&E for community-infrastructure projects

4. Environmental Safeguards Specialist
