The People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative Balochistan (PPHIA-B) is a not-for-profit company registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. It operates as a public-private partnership dedicated to strengthening primary healthcare across Pakistan’s largest province.

PPHIA-B manages Basic Health Units (BHUs), Rural Health Centers (RHCs), and specialized telehealth initiatives. Through these facilities, the organization ensures equitable access to quality healthcare for underserved and remote populations. Today, PPHIA-B invites applications from qualified professionals for multiple positions under its regular operations and donor-funded projects.

Available Positions – People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative

People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative-B announces 184+ vacancies across medical, managerial, engineering, and support cadres. These positions are available at the Head Office, Regional Offices, Telehealth Centers, and Outreach Camps in various districts of Balochistan.

Eligibility Criteria – People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative

District Manager (06 Posts)

We seek BS-17/18 officers from CSS/BCS cadres with at least 2 years of government service. Candidates possessing a medical background or experience in Project Management and Health Sector Reform will receive preference. All officers must apply through the proper channel.

Assistant Manager Finance – Head Office (01 Post)

You need a Master’s in Social Science, Executive MBA, MSPH, MBBS, or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, we accept MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA (Level-III), or CA (Inter) with 3 years of finance experience.

Sub Engineer (04 Posts)

You must hold a DAE in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized board. Relevant field experience is mandatory. We are hiring for Naseerabad, Khuzdar, Loralai, and Lusbela.

Telehealth Specialists (10 Posts)

Positions: Gynae, Pediatrician, Cardiologist, Pulmonologist, Infectious Disease Specialist
Requirements: MBBS with a relevant postgraduate qualification and valid PMDC/PMC registration. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience and IT/computer skills will stand out. Upper age limit: less than 70 years.

Lady Medical Officer – Telehealth Center (100 Posts)

You need an MBBS degree with a valid PMDC/PMC registration. If you possess IT and computer skills, your application will receive strong preference. Your package includes Rs. 135,000/- base plus Rs. 50,000/- telehealth allowance.

Medical Officers & Lady Medical Officers – Outreach Teams

For Medical Officer posts, we require MBBS degree holders with valid PMDC/PMC registration. For Lady Medical Officer (Outreach) positions, you need a Medical Technician or Dispenser Diploma from the Provincial Medical Faculty with relevant experience.

Lady Health Visitor (LHV) – Outreach (02 Posts)

You must hold a Diploma from the Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council. At least 2 years of relevant experience is mandatory.

Vaccinators (40 Posts)

You need a Matriculation in Science. Relevant prior experience will strengthen your application. Important: For BHU positions, you must reside in the same catchment population.

Watchmen Cum Cleaner (140 Posts)

District Managers

Assistant Managers Finance

We give preference to candidates holding local domicile. For BHU-based positions, including Vaccinators and Watchmen, you must reside in the same catchment population.

Shortlisting

Meeting minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. We contact only short-listed candidates for written tests or interviews.

Document Verification

If we find a candidate ineligible during scrutiny, we immediately reject their candidature at any stage.

No TA/DA

We do not provide Traveling Allowance or Daily Allowance for tests or interviews.
