Chief Manager – Industrial/Commercial Billing	8511-01	ACMA with 6 years post-membership experience in a utility company OR MBA (HEC recognized) with 9 years utility experience (including 4 years as Functional/Team Lead)	Manage billing operations for industrial/commercial sectors in the Hyderabad region. Ensure operational excellence, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and budget management.
Deputy Chief Manager – Billing	8512-03	ACMA with 4 years post-membership experience in a utility company OR MBA (HEC recognized) with 6 years of utility experience	Oversee and optimize billing processes across Nawabshah, Mirpurkhas, Larkana, and Sukkur regions. Ensure accurate invoicing, dispute resolution, and process improvement.
Engineer / Deputy Manager – IT Risk Management	8513-01	Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related field (4 years experience) OR Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering (2 years experience). Certifications preferred: CISA, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 31000. PEC registration is mandatory for engineers.	Coordinate with the IT department on risk registers, prepare progress reports, and ensure compliance with NIST, ISO-2700X, COBIT, and ITIL standards.
Engineer – Operational Risk Management	8514-01	Bachelor’s in Industrial/Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering (2 years experience). Preferred knowledge: HSE, asset integrity, ISO 31000, ISO 55001, process safety standards. Certifications preferred: CRISC, NEBOSH, IOSH. PEC registration is mandatory.	Coordinate with technical/operational departments on risk registers, prepare progress reports, and ensure safety and reliability compliance.
