General Instructions

1. Eligibility Verification: Candidates who do not meet the requirements or submit incomplete applications shall not be considered.

3. Test/Interview Locations: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta. Separate notices will be issued.

4. Original Documents: Candidates called for an interview must produce original documents for necessary verification.

5. No TA/DA: No Traveling Allowance or Daily Allowance is admissible for test/interview.

6. Medical Fitness: Appointment subject to PAA’s medical fitness standards.

7. NOC Requirement: Government servants/employees of autonomous bodies/corporations must submit an NOC from their current employer before the interview.

8. Misinformation: Any attempt to influence the selection process or provide false information will result in definite disqualification for current and future PAA recruitment, even if otherwise qualified.

9. Fake Documents: If any educational or other document is found incorrect/fake/bogus at any stage, the services of the selected candidate will be terminated immediately, and they will be blacklisted for future use.

10. Surety Bond (For Assistant Grade-II & SVD): Selected candidates must execute a surety bond of Rs. 500,000/- for serving PAA for a minimum period of ten (10) years.

11. Posting Anywhere: Selected candidates will be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan as per the PAA requirement.

12. TORs Available: All interested candidates must read the Terms of Reference (TOR) available on the website before applying.

13. Defined Contribution Scheme: The Defined Contribution Scheme shall be applicable, subject to the approval of the Competent Authority.

14. Post Adjustment: The Authority reserves the right to amend / increase/decrease / abolish all or any of the positions advertised without assigning any reason.
