Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Data Science

Qualification:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Economics

Qualification:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Energy Economics from an HEC-recognized institution.

Initial Engagement: One-Year Contract

Selected candidates will be engaged as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) for a period of one year on a lump-sum monthly stipend of Rs. 100,000/-.

After one year, candidates will be evaluated through a comprehensive process for selection as:

Assistant Specialist / Assistant Manager in the relevant field

Conditions:

• Subject to the availability of a post in the company

• If no post is available, the contract will automatically stand terminated

2. Degree Recency:

   • The degree must not be issued later than three (3) years from the date of this advertisement

3. Foreign Degrees:

   • Candidates with foreign degrees must produce equivalency certificates from HEC (for all disciplines) or PEC (for engineering degrees)

4. Age Limit:

   • Maximum 30 years as of the closing date (10 March 2026)

   • No age relaxation will be permitted

5. Remuneration:
