Medical Emergency Response Centers (MERC) operate under the Benazir Ambulatory Referral Service Project, funded through the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP). This initiative aims to enhance emergency medical services across Balochistan, providing critical healthcare support to underserved communities through dedicated professionals and resources.

Available Positions & Distribution

1. Coordinator (PPS-06)

• Positions: 02

• Locations:

  • Kalat/Makran/Naseerabad Divisions (01)

  • Loralai/Zhob/Sibi Divisions (01)

• Qualification: Master’s/BS in Business/Public Administration

• Experience: Minimum 5 years (Healthcare management preferred)

• Age Limit: 43 years

2. Admin & Finance Assistant (PPS-06)

• Positions: 01

• Qualification: Master’s/BS in Business Admin/Accounting/Finance/Commerce

• Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience

• Age Limit: 43 years

3. Helpline Operator (PPS-4)

• Positions: 06

• Qualification: B.Sc./BA + 1-year computer diploma

• Experience: Minimum 2 years (Medical certificate preferred)

• Note: MT/Dispenser certificate holders preferred

4. Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) (PPS-4)

• Positions: 42 total

• Qualification: F.Sc./F.A. + Medical Technician Certificate

• Qualification: Matric (Science) + LHV diploma
