Organization Overview

The Punjab Saaf Pani Authority (PSPA) was established under the Punjab Saaf Pani Authority Act 2024 with the vital mission of providing clean drinking water to the people of Punjab. As a newly formed regulatory and implementation body, PSPA seeks experienced professionals to lead its strategic initiatives and operational framework.

Executive Positions Available

1. Chief Engineer / D.G Projects [M-II] – 01 Post

• Qualification:

  • MS/M.Sc in Civil/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Water Engineering (PEC registered) + 18 years experience

  • OR B.E/B.Sc Engineering (PEC registered) + 20 years experience

• Specialization: Water Sector projects

• Age Limit: 55 years

2. Chief Engineer / D.G O&M [M-II] – 01 Post

• Qualification:

  • MS/M.Sc in relevant engineering field (PEC registered) + 15 years experience

  • OR B.E/B.Sc Engineering (PEC registered) + 20 years experience

• Specialization: Operations and Maintenance in the Water Sector

• Age Limit: 55 years

3. D.G Admin & Enforcement [M-II] – 01 Post

• Qualification: Master’s in Administration/Public Administration/HR/Social Sciences + 20 years experience

• Age Limit: 55 years

4. Director General (Sustainable Initiatives) [M-II] – 01 Post

• Qualification:

  • MS/M.Sc in relevant engineering field (PEC registered) + 15 years experience

  • OR B.E/B.Sc Engineering (PEC registered) + 20 years experience

• Preference: Experience in Green Financing, Climate Projects, Energy Management, SCADA, Carbon Credits

• Age Limit: 55 years

5. Director Finance [M-III] – 01 Post

• Qualification: CA/ACCA/M.Com/MBA (Finance) + 15 years experience in financial management

• Age Limit: 55 years

6. Personal Staff Officer [PPS-17] – 01 Post

• Qualification: Master’s Degree + 3-5 years experience (Government office experience preferred)

• Age Limit: 40 years

Important Terms & Conditions

• Contract Basis: All positions are offered on contract basis

• Age Relaxation: As per Government notifications dated 21.05.2012 and 26.01.2022

• Documentation: Degrees must be recognized by HEC/PEC

• Government Employees: Must apply through proper channel with NOC

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview

• TA/DA: No travel allowance for interviews

• Authority Rights: PSPA reserves the right to modify the recruitment process
