 About the Project & Recruitment

The Department of Fisheries, Punjab, is undertaking the strategic development project “Establishment of Aquaculture Malls in Punjab” to modernize and promote the fisheries sector. This initiative aims to create integrated hubs for aquaculture trade and services. To execute this project, the department is recruiting professionals and technical staff on a two-year contract basis under the Project Pay Scale (PPS), extendable up to the project’s gestation period (June 2027). Recruitment is open to candidates domiciled in Punjab Province only.

Punjab Fisheries Department Jobs:  Available Positions

 General Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

• Domicile: Only candidates from Punjab Province are eligible to apply.

• Contract Duration: Purely on a contract basis under PPS until June 2027, with annual increments. Contract is extendable based on performance and project needs.

• Age Relaxation: General age relaxation as per the Govt. of Punjab policy: +5 years for males, +8 years for females from the upper age limit stated in the advertisement.

• Government Employees: In-service candidates must apply with/for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department and submit it at the interview stage.

• Application Method: Dual submission is mandatory.
