Available Positions & Details

1. Project Coordinator (PPS-09)

• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Engineering, Social Sciences, or Management Sciences

• Experience: Minimum 6 years in construction project monitoring and supervision

• Preferred Skills: Contract management (FIDIC, PEC, PPRA rules), legal/regulatory compliance

• Age Limit: 55 years

2. Admin Officer (PPS-07)

• Qualifications: MA/MSc/MBA/BBA (Hons) from a HEC-recognized university

• Experience: 4 years in the relevant field

• Age Limit: 45 years

3. Manager Finance (PPS-07)

• Qualifications: MBA (Finance)/M.Com or equivalent

• Experience: 4 years, preferably in project accounts

• Age Limit: 45 years

4. Procurement Officer (PPS-07)

• Qualifications: MA/MSc (2nd Division)

• Experience: 2 years in procurement with knowledge of procedures and logistics

• Age Limit: 45 years

5. Assistant (PPS-05)

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (2nd Division)

• Experience: 2 years in admin/operations

• Age Limit: 35 years

6. Sub-Engineer (PPS-05)

• Qualifications: B.Tech (Civil) or DAE (Civil) with 2nd Division

• Experience: 2-4 years in relevant projects

• Age Limit: 35 years

7. Attendant (PPS-01)

• Qualifications: Middle/Matric

• Age Limit: 30 years

1. Submission Method: Applications must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad

2. Deadline: Within 15 days of advertisement publication (17th September 2025)

• These are contract positions under Project Pay Scale (PPS) with no right to regular appointment

• Initial contract duration: 1 year (extendable based on performance and project needs)
