Position Analysis & Requirements

1. Assistant Manager BRT Control Center

Profile	Qualifications	Experience
Contract management, operations oversight, KPI compliance	16-year degree in Civil Transport/CS/Electrical Engineering	5+ years (incl. 3+ years transport ops)
Key Skills: Contract negotiation, invoice processing, LD imposition	Master’s preferred	International experience advantageous
Age Limit: 35 years

2. Assistant Manager Electrical

Profile	Qualifications	Experience
Electrical systems maintenance, procurement strategy	16-year Electrical Engineering degree	5+ years in electrical infrastructure
Key Skills: Budget preparation, technical advisory, KPI development	Master’s preferred	Transport sector experience preferred
Age Limit: 35 years

3. Finance Executive

Profile	Qualifications	Experience
Financial transactions, taxation, compliance	16-year Finance/Accounting degree	5+ years in public/private finance
Key Skills: Reconciliation, audit response, regulatory compliance	Master’s preferred	Government sector experience is advantageous
