1. Operation Manager/Company Man

Profile	Qualifications	Supervisory Experience
Rig-based well operations leadership, safety protocol enforcement	Option A: B.E. (HEC-recognized)	3+ years as Company Man/Well Site Leader
Key Responsibilities: UBD/MPD operations, HP/HT well control, and fishing operations	Option B: F.Sc + 3-year DAE	5+ years as Driller/Tool Pusher

2. Drilling Superintendent

Profile	Technical Expertise	Critical Operations
