Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) serves as the premier autonomous body under the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, dedicated to developing Pakistan’s IT and IT-enabled services sectors. The organization is now seeking qualified professionals for key positions on a contract basis.

Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Manager Coordination (International IT Workforce Development)

• Maximum Age: 40 Years

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in ICT, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, International Relations, Project Management, Social Sciences, Humanities, Public Policy, or Management Sciences from HEC-recognized institutions

• Experience Requirement: Minimum 8 years in managing projects/skills development initiatives with demonstrated expertise in project management, monitoring, documentation, presentations, and stakeholder coordination

• Preference: Candidates with public sector experience in autonomous or semi-government organizations

2. Manager Coordination (National IT Skills)

• Maximum Age: 40 Years

• Educational Qualification: Same as the above position

• Experience Requirement: Minimum 8 years in the relevant field with similar expertise requirements

• Preference: Public sector experience preferred

3. Assistant Manager Corporate Affairs

• Maximum Age: 45 Years

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Finance/Accounts, OR Member of Institute of Corporate/Chartered Secretaries, OR L.L.B or equivalent from a HEC-recognized university

• Experience Requirement: Minimum 5 years post-qualification relevant experience OR CA (Intermediate)/CAF with 5 years relevant experience (including articles)

• Additional Preference: Experience in handling accounting, financial, and taxation affairs

  • GDPR Practitioner

• Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years, including 4 years in IT capacity building

  • Proven track record in government-funded projects (PSDP/ADP)

Finance Manager

• Education: MBA Finance/ACCA/ICMA

• Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel financial modeling

  • ERP financial modules (SAP/Oracle)

  • Tax law interpretation

• Experience:

  • 8+ years in complex financial transactions

  • International project accounting

Project Overview: GDPR-Driven IT Export Enhancement

1. Prepare 500+ Pakistani IT companies for GDPR compliance

2. Develop 10 specialized data protection frameworks

3. Establish Pakistan-EU tech corridor
