About the Project

Walled City Lahore Authority (WCLA) is implementing a transformative heritage conservation project: “Heritage & Urban Regeneration in Lahore Fort and Its Buffer Zone” in collaboration with the French Development Agency (AFD) and the Government of the Punjab.

This landmark initiative will:

• Scale up ongoing conservation works at Lahore Fort

• Reconnect the fort with the walled city through urban regeneration

• Enhance tourism infrastructure and public amenities

• Improve visitor experience at one of Pakistan’s most iconic heritage sites

 Leadership & Technical Roles

Project Coordinator/Conservationist

• Lead heritage conservation efforts at Lahore Fort

• Manage project implementation and coordination

Deputy Manager (Administration & Finance)

• Handle project budgeting and financial management

• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards

Walled City Lahore Authority: Qualification Requirements

 Educational Background

• Architecture degrees from reputable institutions

• Finance and accounting qualifications (Bachelor’s to Master’s level)

• Technical diplomas (DAE in Electrical Technology)

• Basic education (Matric/Middle) for support positions

 Professional Experience

• Senior roles: 5-7 years in relevant fields

• Mid-level roles: 3 years in specialized areas

• Technical positions: 3 years of practical experience

• Support roles: 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience

 Technical Skills

• Software proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Office, SketchUp

• Financial expertise: International accounting standards

Important Terms & Conditions

 Selection Process:

• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests/interviews
