Assistant Manager HR & Admin

Qualification:

• MBA (HR) from a HEC-recognized university or equivalent qualification

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Administration functions

• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and administrative operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations and administrative functions

• Handle recruitment, training, and employee relations

• Oversee office administration and facilities management

• Implement HR policies and procedures

Deputy Manager Civil

Qualification:

• Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering

• A master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage

Experience:

• 8 years of overall experience in civil engineering

• Minimum 4 years in hydropower construction development & generation

• Expertise in project management and scope preparation

• Hands-on experience in tender document preparation

• Familiarity with civil construction design and methodology

• Understanding of Irrigation Canal Operations and Spillway Gate Regulations

Specialized Skills:

• Preparation of detailed budget breakdowns

• Technical sanction from the concerned authorities

• Knowledge of the MRS Rate System and applicable codes

• Construction methodology for power plants and allied infrastructure

Computer Operator

Qualification:

• Intermediate or equivalent degree

• Higher degree holders will get an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of clerical experience

• Good typing speed

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant office management programs

Job Responsibilities:

• Data entry and computer operations

• Office documentation and record keeping

• Administrative support tasks

• Proficiency in office software applications
