 Your Mission: Key Objectives of the Assignment

In this pivotal role, you will manage the complete spectrum of human resources, administrative functions, and facility management for the DEEP project. Your core mission is to ensure seamless office operations, optimal resource utilization, and a safe, productive work environment. Human Resources Management:

• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding for project staff.

• Coordinate staff training, capacity building, and development initiatives.

 Are You Qualified? Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Education: A minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Business Administration, HR, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.

2. Experience: At least 3 years of proven post-qualification experience in HR, administration, or facility management. Experience in large-scale public or private sector projects is a distinct advantage.

3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and administrative best practices.

4. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and facility management software. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Additional Desired Expertise:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.
