 About the Unit & Program

The Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SPIU) under the Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EPCCD), Government of Punjab, is a key body tasked with executing critical environmental and climate initiatives. The unit is currently being strengthened to manage the World Bank-funded “Punjab Green Development Program (PGDP)” and other Annual Development Program (ADP) schemes. To support this vital mandate, the department is inviting applications from eligible candidates domiciled in Punjab Province for six (6) temporary, project-based positions.

 General Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

• Domicile Requirement: Only candidates with a domicile of Punjab Province are eligible to apply.

• Employment Nature: All positions are temporary/project-based, intended to last until the completion of the project/program in June 2026.

• Application Method: Exclusively online via the official Punjab Job Portal. No other mode of application will be accepted.

• Government Employees: Individuals already in government service must apply through the proper channel and attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current department/employer.

• Authority’s Right: The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts as per project requirements. All recruitment will be made in accordance with applicable Government of Punjab policies, rules, and regulations.

• No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for attending tests or interviews.
