Detailed Qualification Requirements

 Technical Specialists:

• Master’s degrees in Environmental Science, Climate Change, GIS, and Water Resource Management

• International experience with UN agencies, donor organizations, or intergovernmental setups

• Technical expertise in SDG monitoring, policy analysis, or climate communication

 Creative Professionals:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Animation, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related fields

• Portfolio requirements for the Motion Design Lead position

• Bilingual proficiency (Urdu/English) for communication roles

 Admin & Finance:

• 16+ years of education in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields

• Government project experience with PSDP or donor-funded projects

 WASH Cell Focus:

• Implement SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation) targets

• Conduct GLAAS surveys and Voluntary National Reviews

 Communication Unit Focus:

• Create compelling climate narratives for public awareness
