Detailed Role Overview

1. Director Procurement (PDA-J-044)
Will lead procurement strategies for digital infrastructure projects, ensure compliance with PPRA rules, and manage vendor relationships and contracts.

2. Manager Digital Public Infrastructure (PDA-J-045)
Will design, implement, and oversee national-level digital platforms such as digital identity, data exchange, and payment systems to enable seamless public service delivery.

3. Manager, Digital Governance Policy & Regulation (PDA-J-046)
Will develop regulatory frameworks, policy drafts, and compliance mechanisms for digital governance, data protection, and cybersecurity.

4. Project Manager (PDA-J-047)
Will manage end-to-end digital transformation projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

5. IT & Network Engineer (PDA-J-048)
Will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure IT infrastructure and network systems supporting PDA’s digital initiatives.

Eligibility & Terms – Summary

• Salary: Market-competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

• TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance is admissible for interviews.

• Government Employees: Must submit an NOC from the respective department.
