Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit:

  • Professor: 20-50 years

  • Associate Professor: 25-40 years

  • Assistant Professor: 21-35 years

• Qualifications: Must meet HEC’s latest faculty appointment criteria available at:
  https://www.hec.gov.pk

• Engineering Candidates: Must possess a valid PEC registration

Application Process

1. Application Fee

• BPS-22 & Above: Rs. 5,000/-

• BPS-18 & 19: Rs. 4,000/-

• Payment Method: Demand draft in favor of “Treasurer, UET Taxila”

2. Required Documents

• Completed application form (available online)

• Attested copies of educational certificates/transcripts

• Experience certificates (from government/semi-government/autonomous bodies)

• CNIC copy

• Recent photograph

• PEC registration card (for engineering disciplines)

• Original fee deposit receipt

3. Additional Requirements for Professor/Associate Professor

• Duly filled “Research Profile Proforma” (Annexure-A)

• Soft copy of research profile submitted online

Important Instructions

• Deadline: 29th September 2025 (In-person submission only)

• In-service Candidates: Must apply through the proper channel with NOC

• Multiple Applications: Separate application and fee for each post

• Document Verification: Original documents must be presented when required

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview

• TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided
