About the Project

The Frequency Allocation Board (FAB) of Pakistan is embarking on a landmark infrastructure project: “Establishment of Islamabad Monitoring Station Housing FAB HQ’s Building”.  Assistant Director (Civil) – PPS-7

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical oversight of FAB’s new HQ building construction

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety codes

• Manage project planning, quality assurance, and site supervision

• Monitor project timelines and milestones

Essential Qualifications:

• BSc Civil Engineering (min 3.5 CGPA or 75% marks)

• 5 years of field experience in construction project planning/execution

• Valid PEC registration

• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, Primavera-P6

Preferred:

• MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering

• Public/private sector construction experience

 Assistant – PPS-4

Role Focus:

• Administrative and documentation support for HQ project

• Manage procurement files, contracts, and progress reports

• Handle project correspondence and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (1st Division)

• 2 years of relevant experience in the public/private sector

• Proficiency in MS Office and official correspondence

 Junior Assistant – PPS-3

Support Functions:

• Clerical support for project records and file management

• Data entry and office documentation

• Project documentation maintenance

Requirements:

• Intermediate (1st Division)

• 2 years of experience in a clerical/administrative role

• MS Office proficiency

 Driver – PPS-2

Responsibilities:

• Official transportation for project staff

• Vehicle maintenance and care

• Logistical support for project operations

Requirements:

• Matriculation

• 2 years of driving experience

• Valid LTV license
