📝 Step-by-Step Application Guide

The application process is managed by the Central Testing Service (CTS). Follow these steps carefully.

1: Access the Application Portal

  1. Visit the CTS official website: https://www.ctspak.com.

  2. Navigate to the PEF recruitment section or go directly to: https://ctspak.com/pef-2510/.

2: Fill & Submit the Online Form

  1. Complete the “Online Application Form” carefully before the deadline: October 6, 2025 (5:00 PM).

  2. Generate the prescribed fee challan and submit the processing fee at any online branch of The Bank of Punjab (Account No: 6510003300400083).

3: Prepare the Hard Copy Package

  1. After a successful online submission, take a printout of the application form.

  2. Sign every page of the form.

  3. Attach the following documents:

    • Latest CV

    • Original bank deposit slip

    • Attested copy of Domicile (Punjab Province only)

    • Attested copies of CNIC

    • Attested copies of all academic credentials (Matric to the last degree)

    • Attested experience certificate(s)

    • Two recent passport-size photographs

4: Dispatch the Hard Copy

  1. The complete hard copy application package must reach CTS via post or courier by October 9, 2025 (5:00 PM).

⚠ Important Instructions, Terms & Conditions

  • Contract & Benefits: Appointments are on a contract basis for one year (extendable based on performance). The posts carry a competitive market-based salary and other benefits.

  • Experience Validity: Experience from unpaid jobs, freelancing, internships, part-time work, teaching practice, or work compulsory for a degree will not be accepted.

  • Organization Size: Experience from medium-sized organizations is required for most posts. For “Officer” positions, experience from small to medium-sized organizations may be considered.

  • Selection Process: Shortlisting and the written test will be conducted by CTS. Only candidates who score 90% or above in the test will be called for an interview.

  • Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel and provide an NOC. Their salary will be fixed as per PEF policy.

  • Quotas: Government quotas for Women, Minorities, and Persons with disabilities will be observed.

  • No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance is admissible for the test or interview.

  • Right to Cancel: PEF reserves the right to increase/decrease vacancies, cancel the recruitment process, or reject any application at any stage without assigning a reason.
