Programme Overview

The Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU) of the Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PESRP) invites experienced consultants to join their Transformation in Access, Learning, Equity and Education Management (TALEEM) Programme. This initiative aims to enhance educational outcomes through technological innovation and strategic implementation.

Available Consultant Positions

1. Head of Technology

• Monthly Salary: Up to Rs. 580,000/-

• Qualifications: Master’s/Bachelor’s (Hons) in Computer Science/IT or related field (HEC recognized)

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in ERP solutions deployment, software design, and implementation

• Preference: Higher qualifications preferred

2. Senior Business Analyst

• Monthly Salary: Up to Rs. 380,000/-

• Qualifications: Master’s/Bachelor’s (Hons) in Computer Science/IT or related field

• Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

3. Software Engineer (.NET)

• Monthly Salary: Up to Rs. 400,000/-

• Qualifications: Master’s/Bachelor’s (Hons) in Computer Science/IT/AI or related field

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Preference: AI professionals preferred

4. Associate M&E

• Monthly Salary: Up to Rs. 274,000/-

• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences/MIS, Mathematics

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in monitoring frameworks, data analysis, and assessment reporting

5. Support Consultant (Implementation & Coordination)

• Monthly Salary: Up to Rs. 200,000/-

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) from a HEC-recognized university

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in public/private sectors, preferably in donor-funded projects
