Mission Critical: Healthcare in District Headquarters

The Health Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is launching a major recruitment drive to strengthen healthcare services across the province. We are seeking highly qualified and dedicated Medical Specialists (both male and female) to join our teams in key District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospitals. Contract Type: Fixed Pay Basis for 01 year (extendible based on satisfactory performance).
Hospitals: DHQ Parachinar (Upper Kurram), DHQ Wana (South Waziristan Lower), DHQ Batagram, DHQ Chitral Lower.

Prescribed Qualifications & Eligibility

Required Qualification for All Specialists:

• FCPS in the relevant specialty, or equivalent qualification from a British Medical College, or American subspecialty boards.

• An equivalent specialty degree/diploma in the respective field from an institution in Pakistan or abroad, recognized by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical and Dental Council (KPMDC), Pakistan.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date for application submission.

• In the case of a foreign degree, an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan must be provided.

Step-by-Step Application Guide

The application process is fully online and managed by the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

1: Online Registration & Form Submission

1. Visit the ETEA official portal: www.etea.edu.pk.

2. Complete and submit the online application form.

3. After submission, a prescribed payment slip with a Project Code and your personal information will be generated.

2: Pay the Test Fee

4. Deposit the prescribed test fee using the generated slip.

   • Easy Paisa App / JazzCash App

   • Any branch of Bank of Khyber (BOK)

   • ATM of the mentioned banks

5. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate’s copy) safe, as it has a tracking ID and is proof of payment.

3: Finalize Your Application

6. The last date for submission of the online application is 15th October 2025.

7. After the screening test, qualified candidates will be required to submit hard copies of their documents to the ETEA office for verification.

Important Instructions, Terms & Conditions

• Screening Test: Candidate screening will be based on a test prescribed and conducted by ETEA. Interview details will be shared directly with shortlisted candidates.

• SMS Alerts: Candidates will be informed via SMS to download and print their Roll No. Slip from https://etea.edu.pk/. No separate call letters will be issued.

• Document Scrutiny: Initial shortlisting is based on the provided information. Detailed scrutiny will occur at a later stage.

• Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

• Multiple Applications: Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post must submit separate applications and fees for each position.

• Right to Amend: The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of vacancies at any time.

• No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be admissible for the test or interview.

• CNIC Verification: Shortlisted candidates must get their CNIC verified from any NADRA e-Sahulat Center (e-Sahulat).
