Selection Procedure

Multi-Stage Recruitment:

1. Application Screening – Complete and eligible applications only

2. Written & Psychological Tests – At designated test centers

3. Physical Tests – For relevant positions

4. Skill Tests – For technical positions

5. Final Interview – At Emergency Services Headquarters, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore

Medical Requirements:

• Submit a medical report from the Government Teaching Hospital/DHQ Hospital

• Physical examination: height, weight, chest, eyesight

• Laboratory tests: Hepatitis B&C, HIV, TB

• Disqualifying Conditions: Vision <6/9, color blindness, BMI ≥30, Hepatitis B&C/HIV/TB positive

General Criteria:

• Age Limit: As specified for each position

• Qualifications: From recognized institutions

• Physical Standards: Minimum height 5’6″, chest 33″ (where applicable)

• Quotas: 15% for females, 5% for minorities
