In this pivotal role, you will manage the complete spectrum of human resources, administrative functions, and facility management for the DEEP project. Human Resources Management:

• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding for project staff.

• Maintain meticulous HR records, contracts, and personnel files per World Bank and MOITT guidelines.

• Coordinate staff training, capacity building, and development initiatives.

 Are You Qualified? Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Education: A minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Business Administration, HR, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.

2. Experience: At least 3 years of proven post-qualification experience in HR, administration, or facility management. Experience in large-scale public or private sector projects is a distinct advantage.

3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and administrative best practices.

4. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and facility management software. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Additional Desired Expertise:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.
