General Instructions & Eligibility Criteria

Educational Requirements

• A maximum of one 2nd Division is allowed in the entire academic career

• Final degree must be 1st Division (60% marks or 2.5/4.0 CGPA)

• No 3rd Division permitted

• Degrees must be from HEC/PEC/Govt. recognized institutions

• Foreign degrees require IBCC/HEC equivalence

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 35 years (as of closing date)

• Age relaxation possible for specialized experience/qualifications

Experience Calculation

• Post-qualification experience counted from degree completion to the application deadline

• Active relevant experience may qualify for division/marks relaxation

Additional Requirements

• Government employees must apply through the proper channel
