Role Overview: FAST-NUCES Karachi Jobs

 Assistant Manager – Student Affairs

• Oversee student services, activities, and support systems.

• Plan and coordinate student events, clubs, and welfare initiatives.

• Serve as a liaison between students and administration.

• Ensure a positive and engaging campus life experience.

 Officer – Academics

• Support academic operations, course scheduling, and faculty coordination.

• Assist in examination processes, grading, and academic record-keeping.

• Facilitate curriculum-related documentation and compliance.

• Act as a point of contact for academic queries and procedures.

 Officer – System

• Maintain and administer campus IT systems and networks.

• Provide technical support to staff, faculty, and students.

• Ensure system security, updates, and smooth IT operations.

• Collaborate on digital infrastructure projects and improvements.

 Assistant – Computing Labs

• Manage and maintain computing lab resources and equipment.

• Assist students and faculty with lab software and hardware issues.

• Ensure lab safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.

• Support IT-related academic activities and lab-based sessions.

 Technician – CCTV

• Install, maintain, and monitor CCTV and security systems.

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and routine checks.

• Ensure campus security through effective surveillance support.

• Maintain records of system performance and incidents.
