Position Overview

The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) seeks a Chief Administration Officer (CAO, BS-18 or above) for its Integrated Command, Control & Communication (PPIC3) Centre in Lahore. This internal recruitment is exclusively for Punjab Police officers, ensuring seamless coordination between the police administration and PSCA’s tech-driven security infrastructure.

 Eligibility Criteria

 Key Responsibilities

• HR Policy Development: Design PSCA-specific HR frameworks, performance metrics (SMART goals), and staff training programs.

• Resource Management: Oversee IC3 Centre facilities, equipment, and mobile command units.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Report administrative updates to the Chief Operating Officer and align operations with Punjab Police protocols.

• Performance Systems: Implement evaluation tools for 1,500+ IC3 staff.

2. Documents Required:

   • HEC-attested degrees (foreign degrees require HEC equivalence).

   • Service records proving 8+ years in police administration.
