🧑💼 Job Description: Pakistan Software Export Board
Qualification:
-
Minimum 16 years of education in IT, Computer Science, or Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
-
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in a Senior Managerial position.
-
At least 5 years of experience handling PSDP/ADP/Government projects.
-
Proven background in finance, HR/operations, capacity building, and strategic management.
Skills Required:
-
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
-
Knowledge of the IT industry and export market dynamics.
-
Expertise in Country Marketing, Branding, Event Management, B2B Business, Lead Tracking, and Project Management (Planning, Organizing, Budgeting, Execution, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment, training, and development of project staff.

Develop and implement strategies to strengthen Pakistan’s IT ecosystem.

Foster partnerships with educational institutions, industry associations, and government agencies.

Design and execute marketing/branding strategies to promote PSEB.
-
Manage project budgets, procurement, logistics, and compliance.
-
Develop monitoring & evaluation frameworks and report to stakeholders.
-
Handle communication strategies, media relations, and public inquiries.

Identify risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
-
Lead ease-of-doing-business initiatives and policy development.
Annual Increment:

5% increment based on KPI achievement and annual performance.
