📢 Sindh Health Department Jobs 2025
The Health Department, Government of Sindh, with support from the World Bank, is implementing the Sindh Human Capital Investment: 1000 Days Integrated Health and Population Program under the Sindh Integrated Health & Population Project (SIHPP). As part of this initiative, expressions of interest (REOI) are invited from qualified individuals for contract-based roles to support the development of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
💼 Available Positions
1. IT Officer (PPS-09)
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Job Experience:
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a developer
- Experience with the MERN stack is highly preferred
- Proficiency in front-end/back-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Node.js, React, Angular, Python, Ruby on Rails
- Database knowledge: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Git version control and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Understanding of GIS systems and strong debugging skills
2. Data Processing Officer (PPS-09)
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
Job Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in QA or Data Engineering
- Experience in automation testing frameworks
- Strong QA process knowledge
- Hands-on with data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio
- Proficient in Java, JavaScript, and Python
- Understanding of statistical and predictive modeling techniques
- Healthcare data handling is a plus
3. Networking Officer – Data & Documentation (PPS-07)
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a relevant field
Job Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in networking and software development (preferred)
- Proficient in network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN
- MERN stack knowledge is a bonus
- Programming: Python, JavaScript, PHP
- Understanding of cybersecurity and network security
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills
