📌 Position-Wise Details

1. Managing Director (Operations)

  • Qualification: PhD/MPhil/MS/Master’s/BS in Public Policy, Management, Data Sciences, CA/ACCA, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Experience:
    • 7 years (after Master’s/BS), OR
    • 5 years (after MPhil/MS), OR
    • 3 years (after PhD) in managerial/admin roles in public/private sector.

2. Managing Director (Academics)

  • Qualification: PhD/MPhil/MS/Master’s/BS in Education, Public Policy, Administration, Social Sciences.
  • Experience:
    • 7 years (Master’s), 5 years (MPhil/MS), or 3 years (PhD).

3. Managing Director (Monitoring & Evaluation)

  • Qualification: PhD/MPhil/MS/Master’s/BS in Statistics, Data Sciences, Public Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • Same as above.

4. Director (Administration & HR)

  • Qualification: Master’s/BS in HR, Public Admin, Business Admin, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • 5 years (Master’s), 4 years (MPhil/MS), or 2 years (PhD).

5. Director (Finance)

  • Qualification: Master’s/BS in Finance, Accounting, CA, ACCA, CPA, Risk Management, Commerce.
  • Experience:
    • 5 years (Master’s), 4 years (MPhil/CA/ACCA/CPA), or 2 years (PhD or CA) in finance or audit roles.

6. Director (Procurement)

  • Qualification: Master’s/BS in Procurement, Project Management, LLB (Hons.), Finance, Public Admin.
  • Experience:
    • 5 years (Master’s), 4 years (MPhil), or 2 years (PhD) in procurement or supply chain roles.

7. Director (Training & Certification)
