📚 Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

• Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Computer Science, or relevant engineering field for Assistant Manager roles.

  • DAE or Diploma in a relevant trade for Junior Technician roles.

• Experience:

  • Prior industry or R&D experience will be an advantage, especially in defense, aerospace, or related technical domains.

• Age & Nationality:

  • Must be a citizen of Pakistan.

  • Age limits and other criteria as per official NASTP guidelines.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills, teamwork, innovation-driven mindset, and the ability to work under pressure in high-stakes environments.
