📋 Position: Flight Engineer
ASPL is looking for a highly motivated Flight Engineer to support the development, testing, and deployment of autonomous UAV systems. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career engineers passionate about drones, AI, and aviation technology.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Nice to Have:

Bachelor’s degree or higher
-
Experience with open-source quadcopters/drones

Familiarity with Pixhawk/Ardupilot systems

Exposure to ROS, computer vision, and sensor fusion
-
Hands-on experience in multirotor or fixed-wing UAV projects
-
Passion for robotics and autonomous systems
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Creative, autonomous, and eager to learn
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
-
Work with UAVs, drones, Gazebo, ROS, SITL, etc.

Handle drone electronics and hardware
-
Develop and execute autonomous flight plans
-
Collaborate on hardware/software co-design
-
Integrate AI/ML models into UAV control systems
-
Contribute to documentation (requirements, design, testing)

Debug and test system implementations
