General Eligibility Criteria for All Applicants

Residency Requirement

Applicants must be Pakistani citizens and live within Pakistan.

Age Requirement

Applicants must be at least 18 years old. However, if the applicant is younger, a parent or guardian must apply on their behalf.

Proof of Financial Need

Applicants must show evidence of financial hardship, as explained in the financial aid form. This may include:

  • A copy of the applicant’s CNIC or B-Form (with guardian’s CNIC if under 18).

  • Pay slips or documents proving current employment status or unemployment. The maximum household income allowed is fifty thousand per month.

  • Recent utility bills (electricity, gas, water) show the family’s living conditions.

  • Rent agreement or home ownership papers.

Priority: Applicants with little or no income will receive preference.


Specific Eligibility Criteria

Medical Needs Support

Medical Diagnosis Proof

Applicants must submit a valid and recent diagnosis from a certified doctor or hospital. The report should state the medical condition, treatment advice, and estimated expenses.

Income Threshold

Families earning below the financial limit set by Al Kausar Trust will receive priority.

Supporting Documents

  • Hospital or clinic bills.

  • Prescriptions or cost estimates for treatments such as surgery, chemotherapy, or long-term care.

Verification

Al Kausar Trust may verify claims by contacting doctors, visiting homes, or asking for more details.


Ration Support

Lack of Stable Income

Applicants must prove they have little or no stable income. This applies to unemployed people, daily wage earners, or families with irregular earnings.

Household Size

Families with many dependents and no main breadwinner will receive preference.

Required Documents

  • Declaration of income with supporting evidence such as job termination letters, affidavits of unemployment, or letters from community leaders.

  • Details of family members and dependents, including ages and relationships.

Verification

Trust representatives may verify through home visits or confirmations from community or religious leaders.


Household Expenses

Sudden Financial Crisis

Preference is given to families facing emergencies such as sudden unemployment, death of the main earner, or serious illness.

Debt or Rent Proof

Applicants must provide documents like debt agreements, eviction notices, or proof of overdue household payments.

Income Verification

Applicants must disclose all income sources and monthly expenses.

Verification Process

Al Kausar Trust may verify through community visits, discussions with landlords, or neighborhood checks.


Additional Conditions

  • Verification: Al Kausar Trust will confirm all information and documents before granting aid.

  • Authenticity: Providing false or misleading information will lead to disqualification.

  • Review & Approval: Applications may be reviewed by a committee or social/medical experts to ensure fairness.
