Fee Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria for Fee Scholarship – Al Kausar Trust Pakistan

The Al Kausar Trust Pakistan provides fee scholarships to help deserving students overcome financial challenges and continue their education. To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Pakistani Citizenship

Applicants must hold Pakistani nationality and present a valid CNIC or B-Form. This ensures that our support benefits the local community.

Demonstrated Financial Need

Applicants must clearly show financial need. We assess this through household income, number of dependents, living expenses, and major financial burdens.

Required documents include:

  • Income certificates, salary slips, or affidavits of parents/guardians. The monthly income must not exceed fifty thousand.

  • Statements of other family income (e.g., business revenue, pension).

  • Utility bills (electricity, gas, water) from the last three months to confirm household expenses.

Educational Enrollment Status

Applicants must be enrolled in a recognized school, college, or university in Pakistan. They should provide proof of admission or enrollment, such as a student ID card or admission letter. Continuing students must also attach their latest academic transcript.

Academic Performance Requirements

  • Continuing Students: Must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent). This ensures that aid supports students who are dedicated to their studies.

  • First-Semester Students: Exempt from GPA requirements but must submit proof of admission.

Submission of Relevant Documents

Applicants must attach the following documents along with the scholarship form:

  • Identity Verification: CNIC/B-Form of the applicant and parents/guardians.

  • Domicile Certificate: Proof of residence.

  • Utility Bills: Electricity, gas, and water bills for the last three months.

  • Supporting Financial Documents: Pay slips, rent agreements, property papers, and medical bills (if applicable). These documents verify financial need and ensure transparency.

Commitment to Education

Applicants must show commitment to completing their education. They may need to share periodic progress reports. Continuation of the scholarship depends on satisfactory academic performance and compliance with scholarship terms.

Special Circumstances and Priority Cases

The Trust prioritizes applicants facing unique challenges, such as orphans, children of single parents, or families with severe medical or financial crises. Applicants must provide documents like death certificates or medical reports to support these claims.
